The following information on distant contracts do not constitute contractual provisions. The contractual provisions are included in our General Terms and Conditions (place link).
1. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract
When you have found your desired product at our online shop and, if applicable, have selected the options associated with the product (e.g. colour, number of items, etc.), the product is placed into your personal shopping basket by clicking the "shopping basket" button. You may remove the respective product from the shopping basket at any time by clicking the "remove" box.
You can now select further products by using the shop's navigation functions. While doing so, you can watch your whole shopping basket in all detail by clicking the shopping basket window.
When you have made your decision to buy the products that are in your personal shopping basket, you click on the "checkout" button. You are now led through the order procedure where you have to fill in the necessary details.
After you have filled in all fields you are then asked to accept our General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. You then confirm by clicking that you have read and recognized the General Terms and Conditions. In order to continue the ordering procedure, click the "continue" button.
At the end of the ordering procedure the address data entered by you will appear. You may change them at any time. Please check now whether the delivery address and the invoice address is correct and correct them, if necessary, by clicking the "change address" button. The order will then be concluded by clicking the "confirm" button.
By doing so, you make a binding offer to us concerning all the items in your shopping basket. We will immediately confirm the receipt of your order. This confirmation is also the acceptance of your offer for the conclusion of a sales contract, which means that the sales contract is thus concluded.
2. Saving the text of the contract and access for the customer
We will save your order data and will send them to you together with our General Terms and Conditions and the confirmation of your order via e-mail. This is your only access to your order data.
3. Input error
You may correct your input before the ordering procedure is completed by clicking on "edit". You can also interrupt the whole ordering procedure at any time. In the case of an interruption your data will not be saved.
4. Contract language
You have the option to conclude contracts with us in German and in English.
5. Governing law
German law applies exclusively.
